Gabriel Hornink is associate professor of Biochemistry at the Federal University of Alfenas (Unifal-MG) and leader of the research group "Technological Innovations in Education" and and co-leader of the "Biochemical InterAction". His research focuses on educational technology and training teachers to effectively use information technology in teaching. He works on topics such as educational software, distance education, and teacher training. He also conducts activities in beer science education and research the antioxidant properties of beer and other aspects of the production.
