Manuel A. Coimbra
Manuel A. Coimbra is professor of Biochemistry and Food Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, University of Aveiro, Portugal, and director of the Biochemistry Degree. He is also president of the Scientific Panel of Food Additives and contaminants of the Food Chain of ASAE. Manuel Coimbra is involved in fostering entrepreneurship among biochemical students and promoting innovation in the food industry. He has been actively engaged in mentoring and guiding young entrepreneurs to develop new and exciting ideas for food innovation.
